Turkish furniture is known for its craftsmanship and variety of designs, which is why many clients in the Gulf and Europe order from Turkey. The question we hear most is: how does the furniture get from Turkey to my home? In this article we explain the steps as we do them at Artway.

1. Choosing the design and size

It starts with choosing a piece from our collection or designing your own. Send us the measurements and photos of your space, and we will help you choose the right size, fabric and color.

2. Confirming the details before production

Before production starts, we review every detail with you: final dimensions, fabric, color and production time. This step matters most for international orders, because changes after shipping are difficult.

3. Production and inspection

The piece is made exactly as agreed, then carefully inspected before packaging to check craftsmanship and durability.

4. Packaging for international shipping

Furniture shipped over long distances needs sturdy packaging that protects it from impact, moisture and scratches. We pack every piece carefully to suit the shipping method.

5. Shipping and follow-up

We coordinate the shipping details to your country with you and stay in touch until your order arrives. Shipping time and cost depend on the country and the size of the order, so we confirm them with you when you order.

Tips before you order

• Measure the doors, hallways and elevator in your home, not just the room.
• Ask about production and shipping time together so you can plan for delivery.
• Check locally for any import fees or procedures that may apply to your order.
• Keep all agreed details in writing in one clear conversation.

In short

Ordering furniture from Turkey is easier than it looks when you work with a team that explains every step. Contact Artway on WhatsApp, tell us your country and the piece you want, and we will give you all the details.
